A collaborative outreach project with Kalamazoo native musical artist, producer/filmmaker Chinma Nnebedum and Fire Historical & Cultural Arts Collaborative to support & nourish the creativity of Kalamazoo youth to mitigate the realities of the music industry & navigating the journey of entrepreneurship in an empowering way through a program. The LYT (Learning Youth Through Talent) Project aims to provide young adults & local creatives with the opportunity to explore and develop their artistic talents, specifically in the realm of finance/marketing through high level music and visual production.

Chinma successfully piloted the LYT Project, utilizing his artist residency to produce a collaborative album. Through this initiative, he provided opportunities for numerous young artists and producers across Southwest Michigan to contribute to a unified body of work, helping to consolidate and elevate their individual platforms. On June 9th 2024, Chinma partnered up with Western Michigan University to showcase this collective project to the community. The "WE LYT" album is OUT NOW on all platforms.
